What do I do, If I receive product and it is damaged ?
You will need to report the damage to our customer service department --- ask for Deb. All claims must be made for items received as damaged within 10 days of shipping. We accept damage claims over the phone when you call 401-475-1309 or via email to request a RTV #.
How does the product come packaged ?
Each item is wrapped individually in a plastic bag. Items purchased in multiples will be bundled together in dozens. An invoice is provided inside of each order. If you do not want an invoice sent with your order, please indicate when your order is placed. Packing slips are available upon request. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notifacation via email.
